How clinical care works

Kaya operates the customer-facing side of the experience — intake, communication, shipments, billing. Clinical decisions are made by independent licensed physicians on our clinical partner's network. Each patient is routed to a physician licensed in their state of residence. Kaya does not employ physicians and does not influence prescribing decisions; if a physician declines an intake, the decision is the physician's, not ours.

The physician's name and license number appear on your prescription so you can verify them through your state's public medical-board record.
