About this treatment
Testosterone naturally declines with age. Low levels can cause fatigue, low libido, muscle loss, mood changes, and brain fog. Enclomiphene citrate is a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM) that stimulates your body's own testosterone production — unlike traditional testosterone therapy, which suppresses natural production and can impair fertility. A licensed physician reviews your health intake before any prescription is issued.

Common questions
How is this different from testosterone injections?
Traditional testosterone therapy delivers exogenous (external) testosterone, which suppresses your body's natural production and can reduce sperm count. Enclomiphene works differently — it signals your pituitary gland to produce more LH and FSH, which in turn stimulates your testes to produce more testosterone naturally. Your own production stays intact.
Will this affect my fertility?
Enclomiphene generally preserves or improves fertility because it stimulates natural testosterone production rather than replacing it. If fertility is a concern, discuss it with your physician during your intake review.
Why do I need lab work?
Total testosterone, free testosterone, LH, and FSH levels confirm low testosterone and help establish a safe starting dose. Labs repeat at 3 months to verify response. Results inform dose adjustments.
Is a prescription required?
Yes. Enclomiphene is a prescription medication. A licensed physician reviews your intake and lab results before any prescription is issued. You are not charged until the physician approves.
