About this treatment
Erectile dysfunction is common and treatable. Our sublingual troche combines sildenafil and tadalafil — two well-studied PDE5 inhibitors — in a compounded form that dissolves under the tongue for faster absorption than standard oral tablets. A licensed physician reviews your health intake before any prescription is issued.

Common questions
How is a sublingual troche different from a pill?
The troche dissolves under your tongue, bypassing first-pass liver metabolism. This allows faster absorption compared to swallowed tablets. Onset is typically 15–30 minutes.
Is this safe if I take blood pressure medication?
Some blood pressure medications (particularly alpha-blockers) interact with PDE5 inhibitors. Your physician reviews all your current medications before prescribing. Nitrates are an absolute contraindication — if you take nitrates, you are not a candidate.
What if the physician does not approve my intake?
If the physician determines you are not a candidate, you will receive a note explaining the reason. No charge is made. You are encouraged to follow up with your primary care physician.
How do I cancel?
